What will you do as Inspection Manager?
As Inspection Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our operations in Norway, leading the Certification and Inspection processes.
Your role will ensure that all Motive Offshore products and services in Norway meet our high standards and client expectations, adapting to the evolving operational landscape. You will be responsible for overseeing project budgets, timelines, and quality, ensuring each project is delivered on time and within scope. Beyond technical oversight, you’ll play an essential role in business development, nurturing client relationships, and driving the continued success of our operations.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a leader with proven experience in managing inspection teams and lifting equipment. You will be an expert in your field, with knowledge of regulations surrounding lifting inspections and an ability to provide technical guidance to our operations team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with colleagues in Norway and across our global offices in the UK, US, Brazil, Taiwan, and the UAE. If you are proactive, adaptable, and able to build strong internal and external relationships, you will thrive in this role. Offshore travel is a part of this position, and having relevant inspection certifications is highly desirable.
